Using moriprax.com means you accept what follows. MoriPrax is a manufacturer of molecular biology reagents based in Buea, Cameroon. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

Everything we make is supplied for research use only. Our products are not approved as medical devices and are not intended for clinical diagnostics, for treating or diagnosing any person or animal, or for household use.

If you intend to use them in diagnostic work, validating them under your own accreditation and regulatory approvals is your responsibility, not ours.

Specifications, protocol times and stability figures on this site are given in good faith and reflect our own testing. We are an early-stage company: formulations and specifications can change as validation continues, and the figures published here are not a warranty that a product will perform identically in your hands, on your samples, with your equipment.

Always work from the documentation shipped with the product you actually received.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. Prices and comparisons are indicative. An order exists only once we have confirmed it in writing, including quantity, price and delivery.

Free evaluation kits are offered at our discretion to accredited institutions, subject to availability and to us being able to ship to you lawfully. We may decline a request without giving a reason.

Delivery times quoted on this site describe what local manufacturing makes possible rather than a guarantee for a particular shipment. Actual dates are the ones we confirm to you for your order.

You are responsible for handling our products safely, in a properly equipped laboratory, by people trained to use them, and in line with the rules that apply where you are — including import, biosafety and waste rules.

The content of this site — text, illustrations, layout and the MoriPrax name, logo and product names including MoriExtract, MoriMix and MoriGel — belongs to MoriPrax. You may read, quote and link to it. You may not pass it off as yours or use our marks without written permission.

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Where we link to somebody else’s site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what is on it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products — including lost experiments, lost data, lost time or lost profit. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, and the courts of Cameroon have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
