What we do with your details
Short version: we only hold what you send us through the contact form, we use it to answer you, and you can have it deleted by asking.

01Who we are
MoriPrax manufactures molecular biology reagents and is based in Buea, Cameroon. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For anything in this notice, write to info@moriprax.com.
02What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. The contact form on this site asks for:
- Your name.
- Your institutional email address.
- Your institution or lab, if you give one.
- What you are contacting us about, and your message.
03Server logs
Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard technical logs — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and a timestamp. These are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.
04How the contact form works
Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service acting as our processor. Your message passes through their systems and arrives in our inbox as an email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.
If you would rather not use the form, email us directly at info@moriprax.com and nothing passes through a third party.
05Why we use it
We use what you send only to:
- Answer your question.
- Arrange an evaluation kit, a quote or a purchase order.
- Keep a record of what we agreed with you.
06Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script. Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than fetched from a font provider, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else.
07Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. It is seen by the people at MoriPrax handling your enquiry, by our form processor above, and — if you place an order — by whoever we use to get the package to you. We will disclose data if the law requires it.
08How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them, and for as long as we have a working relationship with you. Records tied to an order are kept as long as accounting and regulatory obligations require. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to keep them.
09Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email info@moriprax.com and we will respond. Depending on where you are, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
10Children
This site is aimed at researchers and institutional buyers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be obvious rather than quiet.
