Questions we get asked
- How long do the kits last at room temperature?
- Twelve months at 15–30 °C, with no cold chain at any point. Against a 4 °C control, they keep 98% of yield after a year at 25 °C, 96% after six months at 37 °C, and 94% after four weeks at 45 °C.
- Can our procurement office buy on a purchase order?
- Yes. We handle purchase orders and bulk quotes directly, so there is no distributor margin and no import clearance step on your side.
- How fast will an order arrive?
- The kits are made in Africa rather than imported, so delivery is measured in days instead of months. We are early, so tell us where you are and we will give you a real date rather than a brochure number.
- Will it work with our existing protocol?
- MoriMix drops in where an imported master mix goes — add water, primers and template. We walk every new lab through the transfer ourselves, so the first run can be compared directly against what you buy today.
- Do you make custom formulations?
- Yes. The platform does not care what enzyme goes into it, so we can develop and validate custom blends with you. Pick 'custom formulation' on the form.
- Are these approved for clinical diagnostics?
- No. Everything we sell is for research use only. If you run diagnostic work, you need to validate it yourself under your own accreditation.
